Ingredients for Vegan Pancake:
All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
Vegetable oil - one tbsp
Baking powder - one tbsp
Soya milk - 1/2 cup
Salt - one pinch

For Garnishing:
Mixed fruits as per the requirement
Maple syrup - two tbsp

How to prepare Vegan Pancake:
Step 1) To make this pancake recipe, combine together all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, baking powder in a big bowl. To this, have the soya milk & veg oil & prepare a soft batter.

Step 2) Then, heat a non-stick vessel over a high flame. When it is sufficiently hot, reduce the flame & with a ladle place the batter on the pan. Once 1 side is cooked, flip the pancake & cook from the different side for around two mins.

Step 3) Do the procedure again to make more such pancakes & put it into a dish. Garnish with mixed fruits & pour maple syrup on the pancakes. Serve them hot as it gets ready and enjoy.
