Ingredients for Quinoa & Corn Griddle Pancake:
Quinoa - 1/2 cup
Veg broth - 1/2 cup
Boiled corn kernels - 1/2 cup
Shredded and low-fat mozzarella cheese - 1/4 cup
Milk - two tbsp
Virgin olive oil - eight dashes
Arugula - 1/4 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Egg - one
Scallions - two
Wheat flour - 1/4 cup
Salt - one tsp
Avocados - one

How to prepare Quinoa & Corn Griddle Pancake:
Step No. 1) Have quinoa, vegetable broth and water in a little saucepan put it on a moderate flame & allow it to boil. Close the vessel with the lid & simmer that for around fifteen mins over low flame.

Step No. 2) Have quinoa, corn kernels, egg, cheese, scallions, milk, wheat flour, black pepper and hot pepper sauce into a moderate vessel & combine finely.

Step No. 3) Now, heat the big non-stick skillet on a moderate flame. Have 1/4 cup of this quinoa mix & flatten that with the spatula to give it the pancake’s shape. Do the procedure with the rest quinoa mix.
