Ingredients for Korean Pancake:
Tofu - 500 gm
Oat flour - 6 tbsp
Red bell pepper - one
Butter - four tbsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Chives - two bunches
Mushroom - 250 gm
Egg - two cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oat flour: According to need

How to prepare Korean Pancake:
Step 1) Using clean hands cautiously mash the tofu or do it with a spoon. And keep the mashed tofu besides till required. Clean the mushroom in running water & with a knife slice them in little pieces. Now properly chop bell pepper & chives separately & put them aside.

Step 2) Now, in a mixing vessel have the sliced bell pepper and then mushroom, mashed tofu, and chives. Mix finely. Sprinkle pepper and salt over the mixture & combine one more time.

Step 3) Then crack open the eggs in this tofu mix & then have the oats flour. And mix completely.

Step 4) Prepare little flat circles out of the ready mixture relating a circle patty. When done nicely coat them into the oat flour.

Step 5) Have a frying vessel & brush butter onto it. Place the readymade patty onto the frying pan & let it be cooked on the moderate flame from each side till it turns golden brown.
