How to prepare Blueberries Pancake:
Step 1) To prepare this delightful pancake dish, take a big bowl & add maida flour, baking powder, wholemeal flour, powdered sugar, cinnamon powder into it & combine together. Put aside this sieved flour mix until needed.

Step 2) Now, in a fairly big vessel, whisk together yogurt, eggs, vegetable oil, and milk. Now constantly stir in the flour mix & allow it to sit for around ten mins.

Step 3) Now, heat a griddle or skillet on a moderate flame. While you see a slight smoke, brush the skillet a slight oil. It is good to utilize cooking spray for it as the pancakes don't need much oil for it.

Step 4) Fold in the blueberries and pour around 1/4th cup of batter on the greased skillet/griddle. Turn down the flame to moderate & turn it over while bubbles pop, cook till it turns golden. Have it with more blueberries, whipped cream or butter & syrups. Cheers!
